Why are we doing an awards?

There are many amazing people in our industry that do not get recognised for the amazing things they have done, so we wanted to recognise those individuals that have experienced incredible journeys and want to celebrate their achievements.

How to Enter

STAR PRODUCT OF THE YEAR

The Star Product must have been a revelation for the brand owner, the retailers and the consumers. It has to have shown real star quality, over and above the competition, either in tapping into a new market or creating enhanced sales in an existing market. Ideally, it will have generated phenomenal sales and possess all the hallmarks of a new classic.

BEST NEW BUSINESS

Open to those that began trading on or after January 2014, this Award celebrates the highest performing new companies and recognises those that have exceeded initial targets for growth and financial performance; best demonstrated an understanding of their competitors, customers, and the markets they operate in; and have the foundations in place for continued success.

BEST PRACTITIONER

Have you created something unique for your clients or implemented an exceptional service that is a cut above the rest. Perhaps you or someone you know have done something that has made a real impact on the local community or the industry. How practitioners come across has a direct influence on industry as a whole. For the practitioner of the year AWARD the judges will also be looking for such things as regular activity on social media, creative marketing campaigns, setting up groups, great website, and/or fantastic testimonials.

STUDENT OF THE YEAR

Students are the future of our industry. The quality and caliber of our students is what will shape and inspire our much loved industry for generations to come. This Award is for the student who has exceeded their expectation to qualify. This may include an exceptional score grading to 100% pass rate or distinction or an outstanding dedication to learn and be the best they can be. This category could also be for a student who qualified in a number of therapies (3 or more) or made an unexpected contribution to the industry.

INSPIRATION AWARD

If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door. There are many people who climb seemingly impossible odds to achieve their dream.  There are so many amazing individuals in our industry that should be recognised for the inspiration that they are. We welcome all.

Training schools are key to shaping the quality of therapists which grace our incredible industry.
